The fire safety essay contest is geared to grades 6 – 12.

Congratulations to 5th grade student, Rohan Patil, whose Fire Safety Week essay was selected as the 2nd place winner in the Mill Creek Fire Company essay contest. Independence 5th graders participated in the contest and each homeroom submitted their top three essays for consideration.
